4 Private Sessions for $200
As humans, we are wired to connect with others. But sometimes the busyness and struggles in life make that difficult. These sessions are all about connecting with your sweet little one. You will become more in touch with your baby and your body.
A physical postpartum yoga practice should only be started once you are cleared ok to exercise by your healthcare provider. This is usually six weeks or longer.
